It has been exciting to contribute to what is a growing, desirable, and vibrant community that is loved by its residents, business owners and visitors. Diana is committed to ensuring that Port Moody continues to grow in a positive, balanced, well-thought-out manner that brings maximum benefit to the City.

Diana loves what we all love about Port Moody: the amazing natural environment and park spaces, the small-town charm, and the local business community.

Her professional background includes a diversity of roles crossing federal government, private sector and non-profit organizations. She currently works in a senior leadership role at the Homebuilders Association Vancouver.

Recently down-sized from the family home, Diana currently lives in Newport Village where she and her golden lab Lola can be seen out walking during the day. Say hi on the sidewalk or reach out to chat about issues or to arrange a coffee together.

Diana’s positive attitude carries through in her decision-making as a Councillor. She looks at issues through the lens of optimism and believes in Port Moody’s bright future.

A vision for Port Moody’s future

Diana has the vision that Port Moody can continue to grow moderately as it has over the past years, with new housing, new business, new amenities and new and enhanced park spaces — both for residents who live here now and those who haven’t yet arrived.

Her vision sees us continuing to grow and take opportunities to enhance what makes Port Moody so special. It would maintain the small-town charm that we are so proud of.

Our future would provide housing across all building forms. It would include new gathering and play spaces in every neighborhood. It would provide for accessible and efficient ways for residents to move across the city whether in a car, on a bike or scooter or walking.

Our future is inclusive, connected and supports vibrant neighborhoods and a sustainability economy: an amazing place to live, work, shop and play.
